Small Business Development CenterThe Orange County Small Business Development Center (OCSBDC), www.ocsbdc.com, an economic development program of the district, offers no cost business consulting services and low cost training seminars to small business owners and future entrepreneurs throughout Orange County. The SBDC is partially funded by the U.S. Small Business Administration, the California Technology, Trade and Commerce Agency and the California Community College Chancellor's Office and is hosted locally by Rancho Santiago Community College District.
