Board of Trustees The Rancho Santiago Community College District (RSCCD) is governed by an eight-member Board of Trustees that oversee the activities of the district's two public community colleges, Santa Ana College and Santiago Canyon College, and represent the residents of Anaheim Hills, East Garden Grove, Irvine, Orange, Santa Ana, Tustin and Villa Park.
