Employment Opportunities

Join the Rancho Santiago Community College District team! We are always seeking qualified people to join our organization. Our goal is to provide the highest-caliber education for all students. Each job we fill in this district is critical to the learning process for all our students. Because we respect personal differences in learning, we seek employees with a genuine interest in serving others. If you share this student-centered philosophy, we invite you to apply with the district.

RSCCD has a community-wide reputation as an excellent employer. Employee longevity is commonplace with many employees investing 5, 10, 15 or more years of service. Whether employees work at the district headquarters, at one of the campuses, or at one of the education centers, employees feel a sense of connection to each other and work to achieve common goals as part of the “Rancho family.”

The Rancho Santiago Community College District application process is now automated and we only accept applications online. We have attempted to make the online application process as user-friendly and flexible as possible. Once you complete an online application you may save that document in our system, update it and use the same online application to apply for positions that become available in the future. Once you submit an online application, you will be able to check the status of your application by going to your homepage on our system.
